Here are 3 of the top reasons why you have nothing to wear
1. You haven’t invested in staple pieces
Your staple clothing pieces are a must and are the building blocks of your outfits.
Investing in basic foundation pieces will allow you to effortlessly mix and match outfits from season to season.
A white button down, basic tees and tanks, a pair of jeans that accentuates your assets and a nice blazer are must haves.
It’s also important to have fabulous pair of comfortable flats, black heels and white sneakers as well.

2. You haven’t organized your closet
Have you ever bought something that you really thought you needed, only to later find out you already had it?
To avoid this, I spend time each month making sure my clothing drawers and closets remain neat and organized.
As I refold and carefully organize, this practice keeps me abreast of what I need and what I do not. It also allows me to purge pieces, I’m no longer wearing.
Having an organized closet will prevent you from wasting money and save lots of time in the long run.

3. You’re not shopping your closet
These days, being seen in an outfit more than once, especially on social media is a no no, right?
Wrong!
As a rule of thumb, each piece you own should be able to be styled at least 4 different ways for a fresh new look.
This guarantees that you’re getting your cost per wear.
After all, the beauty of buying clothes is to be able to wear them again and again.
